5. Seeking Solace.

First he had to lose one his friends that he was not able to save in time and then he had to see his own wife get killed on top of that and now he found himself having to give up his own daughter for adoption something he did not want to do but he knew that he had to give her up in order to protect her from danger his name was Griffer and right now he was holding his newborn daughter in his arms looking at his beautiful daughter as he sighed under his breath as he find himself smiling just a little from under his helmet as he knew that his daughter was very special and that she got the same powers from her mother’s side of the family as he could sense that his daughter had the power to change into a dragon and that she would also grow into a very beautiful but tough woman once she would grow up  right now he was waiting for her adopted mother and father to come and pick her up and take her away and thinking about it made him feel very sad but at lest he would know that she would be in the hands of a family who would take good care of her and she would be safe from harm one part of him just wanted someone to come up to him and comfort him and help him believe that his daughter will be okay and safe as he just holded his daughter close to his chest in a protective way but as soon as his daughter new mother and father came to take her though he with a heavy heart slowly give his daughter to them as he watched sadly as they took his daughter away as he watched until they where gone as a few tears of sadness poured down his face a bit as he was kind of glad that his helmet hided his tears but deep down he was just glad to know that his daughter had been taked  by a caring family that would take good care of her as he sighed under his breath before he then slowly started to head back to his group wondering if he would ever see his daughter again or not .
